He's NOT a good seller.  He doesn't know how to honor a deal...or maybe, he's a BOGUS SELLER!

We had an agreement last Monday, June 29, that I'll buy his Ipod.  I wanted to buy it immediately that same day, but he didn't want me to get it then as he just came back from his out-of-town trip.  We decided on meeting in Glorietta instead on Tuesday.  But, while waiting for him at the supposed time we are to meet, he just suddenly told us through SMS that someone else from another bidding site had bought it.
